My experience with grandson was great. I love my job as a line Runner. I love to see people when they smile when they was happy about that meal and when they came back. The restaurant was a family-oriented company and I loved it and I hope that you love grandson as much as I did. Ias a line Runner? I would say.Welcome to grandsons.

Employer ghosting is frustrating to say the least and not a good business practice.

I believe recruiters sometimes are inundated with applications and interviews and inevitably ghosting can happen.

I like to use post-interview follow-ups as opportunities to both thank the interviewer for their time and reiterate interest in the role, but also use the opportunity to nudge the interviewer to take action and keep yourself top of mind with them.

Goodwill was beginning a program called Shopgoodwill. It would be like an EBay. I had considerable experience with collectibles and identifying vintage and antiques etc. So when someone I knew was asked to find someone to start or helped start the program who had some experience and knowledge, I was approached. They hired me and we started putting the program to gram. We weren’t the first Goodwill to do it but one of the first. Through a lot... see more

I was reading the congratulations that I received when I took the telemarketing job back in November. The place had really changed since I worked there before and not for the better. They had a new rule called competitive seating. They hire more people than they have seats for. If you don't get a deal (what they call a booking), you just might not have a seat the next day. Then you go home without pay. I used to have to show up an hour to an hour... see more

I owned the business and had great employees. Very little stress except maybe some theft and a couple of bad checks. Customers used to love to come to talk and I loved the job. I just handles it graciously and never got upset with cumstomers. i don't remember anyone getting mad, unless itwas when I was not there and not told about it. It was a great experience and I miss it terribly. Would like to find a job with customer interaction.

I enjoy a fine dining and craft cocktail environment far more than an informal speed bar when I make drinks for people. It affords me the opportunity to truly express myself with the artistry, and in many cases, interact with clientele on a more meaningful level. A strong management team kept the staff focused, and result oriented. The engine of the operation was the production staff, led by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef,Food Supervisor, Lead Cook, and other cooks; in the kitchen, and in the dining room.......Training was adequate, and menus and how-to do's backed by daily production reviews made it easier for cooks to work to specifications, but readily adapt as required.
