Just got back from my onboarding at a huge print shop, for nearly twice my current pay, full bennies, and a strong company! Perseverance and a professional attitude are the keys. I simply suited up, showed up, and acted like a grown up. It is out there for you - all you have to do is swim out and get it. Can't should not even be part of your vocabulary.

In most cases, doing the right thing is the least prideful thing. It doesn’t mean “be fake” or allow someone to disrespect you. It means do not use hurtful language. It means so what is asked of you and do not look for a shortcut. It means standing up for yourself and others, again without using hurtful language. Be the best you. Good luck.
