If you have a poor work history, gaps in employment, a criminal record or other problems that are hindering your landing a new job, character references can go a long way in bolstering a prospective employer's confidence in bringing you on board.
Who makes the best character reference? Now don't pad the list with your BFFs and running buddies -- Ha! Take time and give this serious consideration. Business owners and managers whom you know well…
they have good training programs
Don't waste your time
This comment is only for one store, the store I work at 2667 Dallas Texas
Most of the managers at this store are very unprofessional. They never listen to there employee's and expect us to work without taking our breaks & lunches one time.
They do this to me everyday, I will work over 1/2 my shift before even getting my 1st break. Store #2667 is the worst store ever.
We are located in a very bad area and recently we have don't have anymore…
There are a lot of people who say Walmart is a bad place, but you know what? I like it here. The store is always clean, the customers are nice and I take pride in what I do. If you don't then who will? If you need a job stop by and apply, that's how I got mine!
Hey everyone my Name is Quana I never worked at an retail store before but I had an job at Walmart today and I got hired for an cashier I'm so freaking excited starting all over again it's rough y'all don't let no one dim your light or make you feel less than a person because you didn't meet their standards you rock and if God for you who could be against you may God bless you all of y'all xoxos
A lot of people think that Walmart employees must hate there jobs but its not like that for me. I really got an opportunity I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else because of my disability. I am grateful for my job because it allows me to be able to save money and feel like I’m contributing.
That as long as you did your job, as directed. You were left alone to do it. Do your job well and your efforts were validated.
