I had worked for Standard Insurance Company for 20 years as a Disability Claims Examiner, a Disability Claims Specialist and as a Manager. After 20 years I decided I need a career change. Just applied for two jobs online. Took assessment test. When I went back to read jobs I applied for it also said I passed both assessments. Does this give me a better chance on being called for either job ?
There was always something to do very positive
Every job I have applied for has resulted in the company going with other candidates. I have made sure with every job I have applied for that I meet all of the requirements. Yes, I have got an interview with a few of them but still they go with other candidates. I don’t understand why I can not get any of these jobs.
