I work at a hotel for 4 months no previous experience. But I did learn the job very quickly. I was told from the manager that I would get a supervisor housekeeper position because of the good work I was doin. Anyway while I was off two other housekeeper supervisor went to manager and ask about other employee gettin the position so she gave it to them. They wasnt there not even a good two months. The Hilton I work at is very family oriented.And we have a awesome team.

I did at first then the head of housekeeping started to pick on me, since I was the only one that did not speak Spanish.. Then she cut my hours down to 24 every 2 weeks.

I did like how they did give discounts for the employees though.

Many weeks of training. Even after initial training there was follow up training. IHG felt more like a family rather a job.

I miss the PEOPLE I MET through working there.

Hilton Alexandria Mark Center is a very nice place to work. My department was closed down and all security personnel were laid off. I was at the service of Hilton for sixteen years.
