The Hilton I work at is very family oriented. And we have a awesome team.
I did at first then the head of housekeeping started to pick on me, since I was the only one that did not speak Spanish.. Then she cut my hours down to 24 every 2 weeks.
Many weeks of training. Even after initial training there was follow up training. IHG felt more like a family rather a job.
I miss the PEOPLE I MET through working there.
Team work and diversity.
Having unexpected Lunch or Dinner business and not being prepared for a high volume of food covers for the guest
Hilton Alexandria Mark Center is a very nice place to work. My department was closed down and all security personnel were laid off. I was at the service of Hilton for sixteen years.
