My advice to people interested in working at #RainbowMontessoriChildDevelopmentCenter as a #SECRETARY/TEACHERASSISTANT ...
If you don't have experience go for it and know that you are going to be miserable working there, but if you have experience don't even think about it, its not worth it. Money is not good and the owner is very selfish.
When you do good, Good comes right back at you. People always remember what you said. whether good or bad but in the back of their mind, there are seeds planted of what's been done. I am not necessarily speaking of materialistic things but the little things day by day. It goes a long way! Try not to burn that bridge, you may never know what the future holds.
The biggest mistake I made as a #SECRETARY/TEACHERASSISTANT at #RainbowMontessoriChildDevelopmentCenter ...
Referring friends to come and work for Rainbow, knowing it was such a miserable place to work for.
Having Ms. Rodenborn (Owner) around, she would always be sneaking around and always looking to see what you were doing wrong even that way were standing. HORRIBLE!!
Ms. Rodenborn confronted me and ask me to be in the playground for 2 hours straight, when she knew about my disability and could not stand for more than 20 minutes with doctors restrictions. She than said go home if your sick.
