Check with your State. If it’s an at will non-union job....they don’t need to provide a reason.

Well the warehouse I worked for don’t recognize good wrkers,I was there for 15 months busting my tail even doing other ppl job and out of the blue I was terminated after requesting to go back to my regular position after 90days of training for a new position that I never received my review for pass the 90 day period..
