I have heard over and over again that it is illegal to demand that a person give their age when applying for a position, and I would like to know once and for all what the truth is on that subject. If it is illegal to ask someone how old they are (birth date, etc.) then why is it a part of every application and hiring process??? My time with Warden Security Associates has been a short time. The experience has been good. The Site Manager and Shift Supervisor have been excellent to work with. The contracted site is a very nice facility. The general feeling is very good. The company is experiencing a high turn-over rate. I don't think it is a reflection of the company, just simply people do not want to work and follow procedures.

So I just finished getting loaded and I looked at my GPS routing before pulling out and it was showing the shortest route to a near by state route. I didn’t blindly follow the gps but rather pulled up the road on Google and scrolled through the street view to make sure that there wasn’t any signs showing that it was restricted or weight restrictions.
