Keep your answers short, concise, and easy. Management started as regular laborers and worked their way up. They are very protective of the job and the company (not negative way), but will let you build yourself up. It is a we did it, you can too attitude.

Instead of sitting quietly, building a rapport with your interviewers before getting into the nitty-gritty details of the job can give you a major competitive edge over other candidates.
