Hi I need some advice from experienced dental assistants, or even anyone that may give some advice. I will try to make this short even though it seems hard because I have so many things going on at the same time.
I have been a dental assistant for 15 years with a gap of 5 years unemployed because I was ill with an autoimmune disease. I was finally able to get Job as a dental assistant still getting paid the same I made 8 years ago I’m content…

My advice to people interested in working at #AffordableDentureCenter as a #DentalAssistant,DentalTech ...
Give it your all. You are making a huge difference in people's lives with everything you do for them. Be kind, patient and courteous. When you see someone else getting frustrated, STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!!! Try and help another by using kind words of encouragement or help them with something they can't mentally or physically handle at the time
Being tired and frustrated one day, and maybe I vented to a co-worker, and it gets back to a superior and my words were all misconstrued!!

To watch your back, they will give you the impression of being one big happy family, but everyone is out for themselves and will throw you under the bus first chance!
Staying there too many years and thinking I was actually appreciated for my abilities. Nothing could have been further from the truth.
