The greatest thing I enjoyed about working for #AmeriCorps was

It is the most rewarding thing I have done in my life.. Tutoring 1st and 2nd grade. Just to see the light in their eyes when what your teaching finally clicks. It tells you I get it. What could be better than that. Also, the people that you work with are all on board and we all have the same goals, helping kids.

That is so inspirational Brillis Shorter . What made you want to start at AmeriCorp?

Gratitude: The Trait That Defines Perspective

Hey Jobcasers,

Today I'd like to talk about something that seems a little difficult in our search for the next best employment opportunity: Gratitude.

Gratitude is perhaps one of the most difficult things to muster up during a rigorous and harrowing experience such as unemployment, homelessness, and similar events, but I would argue that it is perhaps the most important thing to muster up--more than hope, more than tenacity, more than even…

What I loved working at #BigThought

Big Thought is the best program for Artist to teach and share what we do to those young people who need the most exposure to reach their best creative potential without Fear, in this region.

Sounds like an interesting company. What did you do there Gil Pritchett ?

What I loved working at #FraternalOrderofEagles

I especially enjoyed the opportunity to serve many of veterans that made up our member ship. Their stories are priceless as well as their friendship. I enjoyed the sense of family I received as bartender and Trustee.

The greatest thing I enjoyed about working for #WWFCameroon was

I had interesting moments while working for WWF and not just WWF cameroon. Throughout my time. I felt belonging to a global network, interacting with colleagues in the cameroon office and making contributions to advance the overarching goals of the organisation.
However, helping others with GIS and how they apply to achieve conservation objectives were most exciting moments.

What I loved working at #ACT-SO Civic andSocialOrganization

As a Youth Volunteer, I love working with youths, involving both girls and guys, guiding and preparing them to better themselves inside out. Preparing them for a better future!
Our program was also competitive in our community where our youths would showcase their talents and would be nominated for each.

Hi Willy-Ann Hoff ! That sounds like a very rewarding program!
