That its a family business and the community loves the fact that they pay attention to their customers

The position that I work at within BJ's Wholesale Club is: Member Services. This is an admin position, company/club liaison position, tracking stock, and sales position; for our Master Card program. Every one was wonderful.
Especially my boss and coworkers.

Good people I learned to work with customers.

Being transparent with ny leader. Trust no one

Until 6 moths, ago, i thoyght i would retire there. Be cautious of new leaders tbat do not actually csre about the compant they represent. They often make the wrong decisions for tbe company. Dont get caught in crossfire.. Let them hang themselves. They will be figured out.

Everything until 6 months ago when newly chosen leader is no leader, is looking to make a safety net for themselves, rather than have the companies interest at heart.

I was able to correct the situation.
