Can be a good company but Upper Management at the District and Regional offices are incompetent.
Nothing really because one of the managers got upset with me because I wouldn't start her car.
I loved everything about working at AutoZone because I am a people person and I enjoy helping others.
I would like for autozone to have more time to train people that really wants to run a store. Like a class program. It's been a experience but i feel like i haven't had the proper traning, im a hands on person but i just can't pick up on everything in 2 or 3 months. Im really determine to learn what i need to no there. Please help. But my manager mike stringer is a good boss he takes pride in his job.

How I helped everyone get the parts they needed and k knowing I did my job right
I know the staff, while mangers and two red shirts real are exactly what would be looking for an employee and in the manager position good trainers good customer service or willing to go the extra mile to help you out or customer stay late work late to what it take to get the job done. Im not going lie I wish I still work there. But some things come up again in my family that intervefred which course led me to lose that career. Best of luck to…
