I think the biggest mistake in my opinion was while i was installing some tires on a vehicle after it left a couple wheels came loose. I work fast when i am doing tires and let it go without torqueing the wheels. Mark, the kind of guy his is, he had talk with me of course but the main thing he stressed about to me was Slow Down a little.

Misdiagnosis of the problem , as with any shop diagnosing the problem correctly the first time is key . I have had my share of problems , sometimes it's me and other times the lack of good information can be the cause.
