The best part about working at #JOHNSONAUTOPLAZA was

The best part of working at Johnson Auto Plaza was the company culture. Family-owned, with Mr. & Mrs. Johnson being two of the most down-to-earth and caring people it has been my pleasure to meet. You are given a job to do, and the autonomy and trust to do that job to the best of your ability. This was my first experience at an auto dealership, and in my two-year tenure, it was a place I took pride in being associated with.

Drama at #TawneysGarage

I had a customer throw keys at me because they dud not want to pay their deductible. He even called the police. Once the police got there I just explained how the process worked and that the customer signed an authorization form. Everything was resolved and the customer paid his deductible.
