Just say NO!
It’s a terrible work environment. They don’t train as well as other facilities. The management is terrible.
I was suffering some health issues back then so unfortunately I had to call out a few times last minute.
Before I had nothing but great things to tell potential new people about Where I Worked and how much I loved my job. Now I would be hard pressed to expand on that due to the very poor guidance I received from upper management who did nothing to help our dire consequences at Illumina and with CCS’s failure to adequately provide us with enough employees to do the necessary responsibilities and the extremely misleading information give to new hires who in turn informed me of Hector being drunk on numerous occasions and in front of me as well
only if you are used to working hard fast and multi-tasking and have absolutely nothing else to do in your personal life
Not asking for help. I would always try to do everything myself. I would overload myself then blow up at my coworkers. When you are not sucefull, you make everyone else work harder. I had to learn this the hard way in the beginning
