When Choosing An Employer, Culture Matters

When determining whether an employer is the right fit for you, it is important to find out about its culture. Companies are as different as the people who work there and run the business. Don't stop now, my Chicago friends!

Overslept for my Interview; Opps!

Had an interview this morning and slept through my alarm making me late for my interview. So embarrassed and this is not who I am. I called and alerted them I was running late (lied and blamed it on car trouble) but how can I assure them this is not in my character? Will I even still be considered for the job?

I just want to point out to Rosalie that Jobcase is an open forum employers do read and your name is attached to your comment…

My advice to people interested in working at #Fordmotorco as a #ProductionAssociate ...

That the work is hard and it takes a dedication. And do not unless you get hired permanently on the spot.

Thanks for sharing your advice, Kerry Mead !
