These Job Boards appear to me to just fill my inbox and now two phone calls (and text messages) with scammers trying to sell me something - right know not work the time or the effort - I feel sorry for those that actually have to use these Job Boards #jobsearch

If there are any remote jobs through any company it’s usually listed on the company’s website. Work from home is not as easy as it sounds you need to have the adequate software on your computer, office supplies at your disposal access to scanners and fax machine for customers and uninterrupted time for zoom meetings and a separate work space in your home. Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Also you are on your own if you have questions unlike a face to face environment where there is someone there if you need help.

"Because I'm a very hard worker" such a cliche saying, everybody says that, you have to say something new to bring to the table, they want raw responses not the same played out thing everyone says. Say something about you that you feel like no one else would gave or bring to the table. Express 3 impressive skills you have or even express 3 impressive questions to bring to the table, your intake on the job your applying too and leave them impressed, you'll get a call back fersur

But it would be better if it dismissed after posting. Agree it’s a bug 🐜.

Interviewing tips that help me land the job

I recently interviewed with a company and was offered the position.

Here are my tips to getting hired:

Research the company and be able to communicate what the company does in one to two sentences.

Align your resume with what is stated on the job description. This way you will be able to properly articulate the job functions you have performed.

Take notes, to have a better understanding of what the employer is looking for. Also, you can use these notes to ask the interviewer questions at the end.

Have two to three pre designated questions written out.

The questions I asked were:

I understand the job description mentions having hard skills to be successful in this role. However, What soft skills do you require to be successful in this role?

Is there any opportunity for upward mobility?

What pharmacy management system does your company use?

Also, I was hired through a temp agency and the first question the interviewer asked was the name of the agency and my recruiters name. The question sounds trivial but the interviewer was impressed that I knew both answers because most people didn’t.

Lastly, before you interview, know the market rate salary for the job you are applying for, just in case you are able to negotiate your salary. Know the names of the people you have spoken with including the name of the person you are scheduled to interview with.

Make sure you thank them for the opportunity to interview with them.

Hope these tips help!😊
