I was unemployed for about 5 months in 2015 and very unsure about what I wanted to do next. I was spending 50-60 hours a week researching and applying to jobs. It took a while but I found a great job and it put my career on a new trajectory.

Advantage solutions is a wonderful job. Customers love testing and watching demos of the samples, and hours are great and flexible .

I like the job it's help I love cooking and making food but the fact that you never get hours makes it hard to love. You have to be 100% self sufficient even if you have problems you have to take care of them mostly by your self the boss never comes up to see what's going on maybe 3 times a year. It's just you and your Co workers if you have any. The idea of the job is fun but the reality isn't as much.

Meeting new people. Making friends with customers.

What helped me land the job was abilities to multi-task, work efficiently, adapt quickly, skill sets, and Time Management.

Being able to work an associate with all the customers and the people that are in the store

Pick a different company. One that cares about the people not just their bottom line.

Working with great people. The company itself lacks care or concern for their employees.

When I first started working here, the Company gave the Event Specialist all the latitude that you needed in order to get the job done and at the end of the day, the sales were through the roof. That is why this company became so successful so quickly.
