In my school cafeteria position, they tended to combined jobs but didn't allow time to complete duties such as proper sanitation procedures.

Most Dispatcher jobs will put you through training. Also it never hurts to continue training even if your job won’t put you through all training I believe as a dispatcher you never stop learning or getting trained. There will be unpredictable situations that you may not necessarily be trained to do you just have to be quick with your thinking. Also remember every mistake is an opportunity to learn more so that there are no mistakes in the future. More certifications mean more pay and opportunity to advance. Good luck .

It depends what field your going into. You will need on the job experience and probably at least two to three years in the profession. Some jobs may require a degree.

To all of the moms out there...

Dear Moms,

I know this is an INSANE time for you. I know this because I am a mom myself. My baby is 20 months old. I love her more than anything in the world, but being a mother is HARD.

So make sure to take some time for yourself this weekend and any old time. Mother's Day isn't just this Sunday, it's every day whether it's a holiday or not. : )

...and in case you forgot

YOU are a superhero and YOU are doing an amazing job!!

What has been your toughest mom moment this past year?

For me, it's been keeping her occupied without screen time while I get my work done! Oh yeah and that one time we thought she might have swallowed a penny haha.

Share yours : )
