Jobcase Code of Conduct
At its core, Jobcase is a place where people help people succeed in their worklife. We are a positive community where people help one another, not judge one another, where people challenge, coach, and provide constructive feedback to one another, expand each other’s universe of new options, and provide paths and open networks to achieve these options. As such, Jobcasers ask of one another that we all essentially follow the golden rule. Of course –we have to frame it in the “do’s and don’ts” legalese below – but the core concept is simple: treat others like you yourself wish to be treated.
