Free music through Pandora

Play music for free through the Uber Driver app with Pandora. It’s available whether you’re on or off trip. Just choose a station to play or create a new station based on your favorite artist, song, or genre.

Access to instant pay / cash out earnings

Your earnings are automatically transferred to your bank account each week. Link your debit card to Uber’s free Instant Pay, and you can cash out up to 5 times a day. No need to wait — your earnings are available sooner than next week’s statement.

Access to Uber Pro

This free incentive program gives high-performing drivers the ability to unlock rewards like higher pay, discounts on gas and car maintenance, and decreased wait times for rides at the airport.

Education

Take classes toward a degree or certificates that can help you or your loved one move toward opportunity.

  • Qualifying drivers receive 100% tuition coverage at Arizona State University online that can be used by the driver or transferred to an eligible family member
  • Drivers can also take English language programs to help improve your reading, writing, listening, speaking skills
  • Uber drivers have access to Uber’s Entrepreneurship program, where they can learn how to start, build, and run a successful business
