ALDI Part-time Stocker

ALDI Warehouse Mechanic

• Oversees general maintenance and preventive maintenance around the warehouse and office complex.

• Oversees ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC system, and minor forklift and electric jack repair.

• Oversees preventative maintenance and site compliance of various regulatory guidelines.

• Assists with building maintenance on dock doors, dock plates / locks, balers, and other building repairs deemed necessary.

• Works directly with the Director of Warehousing and Logistics and a Warehouse Supervisor as well as current maintenance staff to create a safe work environment and comply with all governmental agencies.

• Travel to local ALDI stores to help with projects and equipment repair.

ALDI Warehouse Shift Manager

• Alternates between Shift Manager and Store Associate duties on a rotating basis as established by store management.

• Ensures store personnel comply with the company’s customer satisfaction guidelines and demonstrate appropriate interactions with customers and co-workers.

• Assists store management with achieving the store payroll and total loss budget.

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of their team, escalating issues to the appropriate level of support and/or leadership when necessary.
