How to be successful at Kelly Services
Jump to section

One of the greatest benefits to be gained from working with Kelly Services is having recruiters act as your personal career coach. They are there to provide resume tips, act as a feedback channel, and help get your resume in front of the right hiring managers.

What is expected of you

When working with Kelly Services, it's important to remember that in most cases Kelly Services will be your employer, not the company to which you're assigned. Your performance on the job reflects on the firm’s recruiters and Kelly Services as a whole. Having the following qualities will increase your chances of being placed for work through the company.

  • Responsibility
Once you accept an assignment, Kelly Services expects you to fulfill your obligation. Please make sure to give to your representative or placement coordinator ample notice if you are unable to do so.

  • Dependability
Honor your commitment to be at work on time every day, and to finish the tasks assigned to you.

  • Efficiency
Verify the accuracy of your work. Regularly inform the customer of the status of your work and go above and beyond whenever possible.

  • Professionalism
Keep your work area neat and organized. Do not use the customer’s equipment and supplies for personal use and do not take any items that belong to the customer including notes, calculators, or other office supplies. Keep personal phone calls to a minimum and refrain from exchanging emails and instant/text messages at work.

  • Discretion:
Do not disclose any proprietary information of any of Kelly Services' customers. Protect the customer’s confidential information and materials by maintaining and storing them properly. Also, pay rates are confidential and should never be discussed directly with the customer.

I am very interested in the work from home jobs. Seventeen years ago I was convicted of several felonies. That said, am I still qualified for these work at home jobs. Sincerely, Mr.Allen C.S.S.
